The private pilot certificate is the certificate held
by the majority of active pilots. It allows command of any aircraft
(subject to appropriate ratings) for any non-commercial purpose, and
gives almost unlimited authority to fly under visual flight rules (VFR).
As a private pilot you will be allowed to fly at day or night and

to fly under instrument flight rules which allows a pilot to fly in
adverse weather conditions, in or near clouds and in low visibility.
To obtain an instrument rating, the pilot must learn how to control
the aircraft using only instruments, operate within the national
airspace system, gain a better understanding of weather and its effects on the
aircraft and its systems. For more details on prices and training

Complex Aircraft Endorsement -
A complex aircraft is
defined as having a moveable pitch propeller (constant speed),

need proper training and an endorsement in the back of your logbook.
The complex endorsement is required as part of the commercial pilot
license (CPL).
Commercial Pilot -
Training for the commercial pilot
certificate focuses on a better understanding of aircraft systems
and a higher standard of airmanship. A commercial pilot may be
compensated for flying and is a necessary step to a career as a
professional pilot.
Certified Flight Instructor -
A flight instructor is
a person who teaches others to fly aircraft. To become a CFI
one must hold at least an instrument and commercial pilot certificate. Individuals
wishing obtain a CFI rating are additionally required
to hold an instrument rating in the desired category and class.
